Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to run our business:
- Contact information you give us. If you call, email, or visit our office, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, and company.
- Job application information. If you apply for work, we collect the information on our employment application, such as your name, contact details, work eligibility, and employment history. Application materials are handled confidentially and used only for hiring and employment purposes.
- Client and staffing request information. If you request staff or janitorial service, we collect the business details needed to fulfill the request, such as your name, company, location, and scheduling needs.
This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or marketing cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages visited) for security and reliability. Because we do not track visitors, this site does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
Notice at collection for job applicants
Our application page tells you, at the point of collection, what we gather and why. In short: we collect the identifiers and employment information you enter on the form (name, contact details, city, positions and schedules you want, most recent job, and work references). We use them only to review your application, contact you, and place you in work. We do not sell or share them. Background checks and work eligibility verification, when required, are completed at our office with separate notices and your written authorization.
Biometric information
This website does not collect biometric information. Some client worksites use digital timeclocks that may scan a fingerprint or face to record work time. If your assignment uses one, we will tell you in writing before your first shift, obtain the consent California law requires, and limit the data to timekeeping. Biometric records are never used for any other purpose and are kept no longer than the assignment and the law require.
Business client information
Contact information we receive from client businesses, such as the names, work email addresses, and phone numbers of managers and staff, is used to respond to staffing requests, schedule and manage service, and handle billing. We do not use it for marketing without consent and we do not sell it.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries, staffing requests, and job applications
- To place workers, schedule crews, and manage assignments
- To run payroll, insurance, and other employment functions for our employees
- To meet legal obligations, including employment eligibility verification and California labor-law requirements
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not share personal information with third parties for their marketing.
- We do not send marketing emails or texts without your consent.
When we share information
We share personal information only as needed to operate: with clients where you are placed for work (limited to what the placement requires), with service providers who work for us under contract, such as payroll processing, workers’ compensation and benefits administration, background screening when a client placement requires it, accounting, and the company that hosts this website, and with government agencies when the law requires it (for example, employment eligibility verification and tax reporting). Our service providers may use personal information only to provide their services to us.
Your California privacy rights
California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we hold, to request deletion, and to request correction. Employment-related information is subject to the retention we need for legal and business purposes, such as payroll and tax records.
How we protect and keep information
We limit access to personal information to the people who need it to do their jobs, and we keep records only as long as required for business, legal, and tax purposes.
Children
This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 through it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
